That's pretty cool looking!!
very nice idea author, but the entry demands a bit more work...Firts thing that i will recommend is that for the cropping use pen tool...i know is boring and slow but its way mre precise from any other cropping ways...Also using big soft brush, while layer with object is selected create some shading...now looks a bit flat...sorry for the nit picks author...
thanks for the nit picking anyway
your right
guess i was just in a hurry
i'll see what i can do
thanks for the commenting

You could add a rusty pipe that exits the image, so that the water looks like comming from somewhere.
Those water drops should be transparent if you care for realism.
@greymval: thanks for the suggestion, but it's pure surrealism...
Surrealism is about depicting unreal images in a Realistic manner ( they were even joking about how realistic can they get: see Magritte: this is not a pipe.)
Your entry is closer to Collage Art, which is pretty cool, but needs some adjusments as well - pasted paper on a background would have some frame edges, dropping shadows, etc.
Ok, so let's consider it a fantasy, because you won't see any giant tap floating in the air dripping blue waterdrops.

Very nice idea, but in my opinion the roots under water have to be a bit darker for a right wet-look!
nice But the sizes look off between the guy, ladder and hut?
