I can't help but think that the 'welcome sign' really detracts from the overall image. I'd remove it and let the 'welcome' part be in the title of the entry. Nice job!

Thank you very much for the suggestion Nasir, I tried but felt this is much better... @k2, I didn't understand what you are saying, the snake texture came from the tree leaves, and the snake head far from the castle to make shadows..... If this is not what you mean.. please mention it.... thanks for you too..

Nice, but there's something wrong with the right tower.

Really nice job! Looks like you forgot about the tree. You still have plenty of time, I would've mirrored the left side to hide the rest of the tree.
