A duck made of glass...

For glassy effect I followed partially this tut: http://www.pxleyes.com/tutorial/photoshop/2206/A-Quick-and-Simple-Way-to-Make-Any-Object-Transparent.html

For refraction: selection of the glassy duck, copy and paste of the backward objects, and application of effects of distortion (pinch) on them.

Ice Age Squirrel? Nicely done and one of my favorite animated characters.
Just a couple pointers I noticed while looking at the high Resolution image.
Your Acorn and inner part of the arm appear on the same plane, and are in sharp focus, though the outer edges of that arm and claw, as well as the ground that runs beneath them appear to be blurred.
Most everything appeears to be Three-D-Ish, apart from the brown sticks (or cracks?) that just out from below the steel travel mug. This sticks are also the only itms near the ground that don't have a shadow. I like you attention to details...

... details in regards to the reflections of both the tale and claw in the curved sides of the steel. Very well done on that, and also on the reflection of some of the ground in the bottom of the cup. Nice touch also with the PXLEYES logo .

thanks Cache Slinger for the detailed observation , u r right about the cracks and the blur i guess i got too much into making the furry tail (trying the eye 5 tutorial)
