The lighting is not consistent, the tones are too warm for the roadway image, compared to the contest source, and the lighting on the top right of the roadway image does not match the centered sunset lighting of the contest source at all.

I think you just posterized image to level 3. Because more that 3 colors are visible in the image. But this is looking very beautiful.
