corner brass guard on chest behind blue chair
strange finger missing across from her left elbow (looks like gloves)

Agreed, and try to give the edges of the skull some thickness...give 'em a slight blur, too.

I have a thing for Alice in Wonderland so to me this is quite enjoyable. I hate offering critiques because the artist often has a vision and sometimes what the viewer wants isn't what the artist had in mind, however there may be something you could do with the background. Just a suggestion. Otherwise well-done and good-luck.

You are very correct TwilightMuse, I was thinking of a lot of backgrounds, but in the end I went with Insanity straight jacket, and the plain white background reminded me of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest
