If this is going into a logo on a banner bar etc.. it should be tilted the other way.. especially on the left side of a web page.. other than that that.. this is a very strong entry.. simple and too the point.. might want to rethink the red .. it blurs a bit.. not a big whoop though... good luck

Not bad, but I'd rotate the logo a bit so you start reading with the P in front. I guess that will also look better if you'd put in on the left upper corner of the page. I wouldnt go for red as text color, wont work well on screen, I'm afraid. Good luck!
