Your dark zones are really ... dark and your light source is a bit burned.
First of all, I think you shoul crop out some "black" parts that are not necessary to read your picture. And then maybe underexpose to have some details in the window.

This would be a better shot IMHO if the rider and bike were a composed a bit more to the left of the frame and that very distracting shadow did not cross the subject....nice try author, but, in the future, try to eliminate distracting features from the shots when composing the image.
