For me the 26th is a very good day as it is my youngest son birthday

like the image -- nice contrasts -- wonder if rotating would be bending the rules in an orphan contest

like the image - great light -- did you consider cropping the bottom a bit to remove the log -- find it a tad distracting - although I like the transition to dark

nice use of negative space.

Like this -- the only unfortunate thing with this is the buildings which with a bit of work in photo shop you could remove -- worth the work but of course then you could not use it in a photo competion

Like the B&W and framing but seems a bit dark -- maybe a touch of levels to bring up the brightness a tad (IMHO)

very nice image -- maybe rotate a bit to make the horizon more horizontal

very colourful -- maybe crop of the right to remove the shadow which is a bit distracting
