Nice, but the reflections could use a little work. Maybe a bit darker, and, if you look at where the cloud intersects the tower - wouldn't it intersect it at the same place in the reflection?

Good idea. A nice touch is the motion blur on the right tower (only it should be on the other side).

Also the canoe needs a motion blur, I suppose! IMO

you need delete those white spots and blood if you don't know how to do it

There are some strange white spots above the dog image. i think you should delete them.

The blood would be totally absorbed by the fur and it wouldn't slide on it as if it was our skin. Good luck
