You should have straighten the horizon and crop it to avoid having the head of the seagull just in the middle of your picture.

Nice picture and cute subject. Kind of vintage mood on this picture. I just would have crop out the begining of the dark tree at the right that disturbs the eye.

I like the way the colors scatter in the white liquid but the bubbles cause (IMHO) kind of not necessary distraction.
