What a great capture. I really like the dramatic effect of the sunlight hitting the old building with that dark sky in the background.

Turning the chair slightly on an angle so it doesn't face straight to the camera will give more depth to the whole photo. The armchair you used has a really nice shape & texture. Overall well lit and composed.
