Fun image, great color!

If something is floating in water, the line where the object intersects with the water is called the waterline, and is usually very obvious. Here, it's not. The angle of the object in the water seems odd as well...it seems like it should rotate about 10 degrees clockwise.

Why is the cat blue in the top half of the bowl? Otherwise, good idea & execution. Extra points for humor!

The eye beam thing isn't convincing. If the eyes are red, the beam should be red. Otherwise the eyes should be white. The rest isn't bad.

I didn't see the first version, but the reflection should be at the bottom of the ball.

The gleam on the finger is a great touch. The blur around the figures & the heart shaped balloon are distracting.

Just to clarify, some more shadow on the arm between the wrist & upper arm would create that depth. Again, a lovely work.

Beautiful image. I'd suggest trying to create more depth between the arm and body, but this was a difficult source to work with, and you pulled it off.
