When you flipped the nose, you put the highlight underneath. Now it needs a shadow instead. Always think of light & shadow.

Pretty nice work, but if the bottom avocado half is supposed to have a hole that matches the pit, it could use more shading to make that clearer. The avocados themselves could use some shadows.

If the feet in your entry belong to the dog in your source link, where does the grass come from? Look again at the light source on the dog head. Light is from left. Shadow on ground next to dog is opposite.

Just trying to help, since you can't even seem to get little things like font resolution right...you also seem to have a rather large collection of male nude photos...I wonder how those came to be.
