I don't think you need to change a thing. The shadow & brightness of the flower make it stand out and feel as if it's coming alive, which fits the contest theme...good luck!

Masking on head needs work, & blur the sharp edges on the foot...a few too many wrinkles on the face, too...with some tweaks this could be a lot better.
