A few sources are missing: Background, button, skin texture, stitches...soften & blur the shadows a bit.

I'm not a big fan of mixing color & grayscale images...this is no exception.

Why what? It's a nicely done image, but I don't get the relevance of the title. The shadows of the boy & toy should rotate about 5 degrees counterclockwise.

Perspective isn't fixed...all images are straight on except for the desk which is angled left.

Very nice indeed...chopstick block needs a shadow too, and blur chopstick shadow to match the blur on the other shadows. The only way I'd like your idea better would be something weird poking out of the noodles, but that's just me... Good luck!

As with a previous entry, IMHO would be better if her feet were on the ground. There would also be splashes coming off her. On second look, she'd be smaller due to perspective. (PS: It's good you got rid of the dog. )
