Nice, but try to create more depth. Right now it's all black on black on black....and you've cut off the left sides of the "B"s on the right hand building, which would have given it a defined edge...

Sharpen the edge of the wall & duplicate some leaves so they continue beneath the figures...(Also the light source on the wall & figures is opposite that of the source pic...).

Your task is to take any image depicting and elderly man or woman and make them look younger. Show before and after images. I don't see before and after here...

You have motion blur at both ends of the knives. It shouldn't be at the leading edges, only the trailing edges. Adjust that and this will be good...

Looks like the hand is behind the water, rather than in it...

Edit / transform / distort can fix the perspective problem....

Good idea...try to fix some of the lighter areas on the edges of the railing at left...

Find a real sky, and try to take the green out of the water...sky & water should be similar hues...

Upper reflection needs adjustment...there needs to be some shoulder there.
