I like the lighter value of the foreground guy, it makes him pop forward. The sax is kinda blurry though, I bet you could find a better source pic...good luck!

Looks like a lot of randomly pasted stuff in the background...the spokes of the ferris wheel thing are showing through the smokestacks, and all the "moons" are in front of it.
