Flip the foot...light on face is from left, and on foot from right. Make the foot more red like a tongue and you've got something. The expression is great!
Edit: Well, it seems like the tongue/foot is more red. which is a good thing, but the light source is still wrong...need to flip the foot to match.

Good idea. Multiple light sources in general and lack of shadows on the sleeping guy need correcting. Note that in the original spource pic, the light source is almost directly above.
