Let's see...the boat is halfway into...what? She has a shadow on whatever that is, which means she's leaning against it, which means it's cutting the boat in half...the blend and color work are good but this is making my head spin.
(Not even gonna mention the purple eye shadow with red lipstick...)

What happened to the inside of the dragon's wings? They don't match the rest of him. The woman's armor or whatever that is should be darker to bring her forward & create depth. SBS needs more work to show how you made the dragon.

Back leg should be as solid as the front leg. Right now it looks like the foot is hardly attached. It would have been better to give the cyborg a head, too, but the rest works pretty well.

Don't know why you used the red & white parts for the seat, it's distracting and throws off the interior perspective. Boogeyman's right about fixing the rear wheel. The rest is very well done.

Great idea...you should have a consistent light source on the eggs, and a better background than a sky that just drops off the edge of the plane...

Nice image, but when you use cloud brushes, check light sources! The clouds in the left third of the sky have the opposite light source.
