The elbow of the left arm looks unnatural (right angle, fur is flat) and there's too much clone stutter on the shirt & the shadows on the shirt are inconsistent. The left part of the chain should be going under the shirt. The teeth look fake...the gem has no reflectivity...it looks like what it is...a 3D render..
