Author, it's better without the fake stars, and forgive me if I seem like I'm meddling, but you might want to hit the background with a shot of Despeckle or Reduce Noise. I still like your concept a lot.

Looks like a very low resolution background...IMO kinda mars what otherwise is a great image.

The blacks are shadows. The shadows are blacks. My monitor is calibrated just fine, thanks. The shadows on the plane and the shadows on the background clouds are the same value, and kill the illusion of depth in your image.

Yep, it's surreal now. Try to fix the white edges on the girl's arms & legs, and post your sources.

Looks okay to me, except the arch in the brick wall needs some dimension (thickness) on the right side, and if that's the moon in upper left, it's too distorted.

Looks way too red to be underwater.

Couldn't tell it was a mouse there until viewing the SBS, and the shadows are a bit off. Here's a tip: On a separate layer, draw lines from the center of the light source through the areas to be shadowed, and work accordingly. Also, your shadow gradients are reversed. A shadow is always darkest when closest to the object, and fades with distance. I like your idea...GL author!

Terminal building is transparent, base of tower too.

IMO it would have a reflection like the fireworks.

Not fixed. The light & shadow on the shamrock are from the right. The light and shadow on the glass are from the left. All you had to do was flip the shadow of the glass.

Better now, but check the lines in the clouds and the horizon. Looks like you changed the girl, too...she has extra hair.

Look at the helo shadow for light direction.
