Just my opinion. I think it would look better with a realistic background instead of plain white.
(5 years and 3109 days ago)Needs a background.
(5 years and 3109 days ago)Might be good to know how this image was made. GL author.
(5 years and 3110 days ago)For contrast! And all you had to do to match the angle on the plane parts was draw a line down the axis of the tail section (on a separate layer) and match up the nose section according to that line and it would be visually correct.
(5 years and 3110 days ago)I'm not sure about blurring the foreground either, but I still like the idea of your image, and hope my comments have helped you.
Reminds me of ED 209 from Robocop...nice job!
(5 years and 3110 days ago)(Looks like you need to make a SBS or post some source links, though).
IMO there should be more windshield, and it should be transparent. Everything else is well done.
(5 years and 3111 days ago)Plane parts are at the wrong angle. They don't match up. Plane should be the same gray as the source pic, and not same hues as the buildings, to create contrast.
(5 years and 3111 days ago)GL author!
(5 years and 3111 days ago)Good lookin' spider! Might have been better to use a real web as reference, though.
(5 years and 3112 days ago)Nice work! Just one suggestion: I'd flip one of the moons. (Oh, and make a SBS too...).
(5 years and 3112 days ago)On second look, smooth the jagged edges.
Where does the hairline come from? Seems like a SBS is needed here...
(5 years and 3112 days ago)Author, I'm not familiar with pixlr. I do know that many PXL members have used Gimp for top notch entries, so welcome to the site. Use what you can to produce awesome entries!
(5 years and 3112 days ago)OK...now that the link stuff is out of the way...why is everything the same green hues? There's no sense of depth.
(5 years and 3112 days ago)Author, as I said, I was only having fun, and appreciate your sense of humor. Sorry things kinda got blown out of proportion afterward.
(5 years and 3112 days ago)There's a shadow on the legs where there should be a highlight, since they're lit by the bulb.
(5 years and 3112 days ago)Why is one bird in front of the wing (sail?) when the rest are behind?
(5 years and 3112 days ago)Excellent work!

(5 years and 3112 days ago)OK, working now. GL author.
(5 years and 3113 days ago)Links don't work.
(5 years and 3113 days ago)Please fix the snake links & provide a link for the forest background.
(5 years and 3113 days ago)Great transformation & SBS...GL author!
(5 years and 3113 days ago)Author, thanks for having a sense of humor. I just couldn't resist.
(5 years and 3113 days ago)I can relate to this image. Personally, I always wear a flower print dress while wading in the ocean in the rain, especially when there are no maple trees within a mile of the shore. No drips coming off the hat or her arms? Amazing how she looks so dry...
(5 years and 3113 days ago)Peaches are very well made, and realistic looking. Can't say the same for the leaves. I'd suggest modeling them after a realistic leaf to keep your image consistent. GL author.
(5 years and 3113 days ago)Got a few masking issues, but very PUNNY!
(5 years and 3113 days ago)Lookin' better!
(5 years and 3113 days ago)Better now...GL author.
(5 years and 3113 days ago)Lookin' good!
(5 years and 3113 days ago)Can you make a dark vignette on your new background? I think it would be closer to your original image. GL author.
(5 years and 3114 days ago)Looks like you used the magic wand tool to select the moon. Use the pen or lasso tool...the edge is very jagged.
(5 years and 3114 days ago)Nice idea. The skin on the hole in the neck needs thickness. The white shape overlapping the figure is just distracting. Clean up the clothes as JimLemon suggests. This could be great with some tweaks. GL author.
(5 years and 3114 days ago)Nice image. Might be good if the type was more visible.
(5 years and 3114 days ago)Good image. Why no SBS?
(5 years and 3115 days ago)Why refuse to correct your obviously flawed lighting?
(5 years and 3115 days ago)Take Jade's advice. This isn't a great use of the source, but you can easily improve it.
(5 years and 3115 days ago)
(5 years and 3115 days ago)You can use the blur tool with your mouse.
Good idea, but try to smooth your edges.
(5 years and 3115 days ago)OK then, if you don't wanna use a displacement map (which would have made the weave conform to the curves on the face) then use the highlights on the source face to guide your dodging. The head needs more highlights.
(5 years and 3115 days ago)Try using a displacement map:

Sincere condolences. He is at peace.
(5 years and 3116 days ago)Much better now...GL author!
(5 years and 3117 days ago)The whites of the eyes are too bright. The rest looks good.
(5 years and 3117 days ago)(Pearls could be restored to the originals too...).
Good and scary! GL author.
(5 years and 3117 days ago)Author, what I mean is all the figures are exactly the same, and the image is boring. Make them different.
(5 years and 3118 days ago)Interesting pic but the hut on the ice floe is kinda dumb...
(5 years and 3118 days ago)Great image, but the light on the boy is from the right, on the smaller balloon, from the left.
(5 years and 3118 days ago)

(5 years and 3119 days ago)Good idea, figures could use some variation.
(5 years and 3119 days ago)Good except for light sources & shadows.
(5 years and 3119 days ago)Oh yeah...I can almost see the source image....
(5 years and 3119 days ago)The graininess on the bottom half doesn't match the top.
