Author, if you're content with a flat image that's fine with me. For the lanterns to be that far back they are disproportionately large compared to the figure. I will vote accordingly.

It shouldn't be difficult to remove those drops.

Background is too dark compared to the figure and reduces the illusion of depth. If you want to add yellow lanterns to the image, there would be yellow highlights on the figure. (Which would also nicely pull it forward from the background).

Why would there be drops of water on a fish underwater...???
(Blur sharp edges as said above).

If you showed the third degree burns and sizzling flesh on his hands, this would be very realistic and way cool!
(Not to mention the missing reflection).

You need to post a link for the man. The light on the woman is almost from the top, so that shadow wouldn't be there. (Don't get the reason for the texture either...).

Hmmm...reminds me of something I've seen before. Just can't put my finger on it...

Hard to tell without a hi-res or SBS, but the gas mask (barely visible) is in the water and needs a reflection or dhadow.

The boot doesn't look like it's on the ground behind the cars...brush & grass should overlap the edge. Sharp edge of the sole could use a bit of blur.

Looks like grass is growing out of the snail on the left, and the edge of the rock is too smooth for that texture.
EDIT: On second look, some of the grass is transparent.

IMO white should be on the outer edge of the hair, not so much in the middle. Good pic, though.

Whites are a bit blown out in the final version, but at least the tattoo is gone!

I don't see her shadow...if you look at the shadow under the bumper the light source is obvious. (From upper left). In the source pic the model is lit from upper right.

Dreamlike quality my ass. It's discordant, and color matching the church would harmonize the entry.

Should have SBS, and IMO the angel could be moved back without scaling it down too much.

This is actually pretty silly. The mechano add-ons to the shoe aren't realistic at all. If all the stuff in the sky went away (it's not that convincing, just distracting) the focus would be on the shoe/boot. Then you could call it COMBAT BOOT and it might work better.
