Interesting take on the source. The edge at right is part of the background paper texture.

Love the concept, and the upper part is fine, but the construction of the lower part could use some work...edges, shapes not fitting together...did you use the low res image?

Good image! Background rocks are the same color as foreground, which kills depth. Not sure if the ball works, because it distracts my eye from everything else. Still, it's very well done.
