Good mood & color, but I don't think they had rubber tires back in the days of sailing ships. It would be a challenge to remove them, but would make the image more authentic.

Interesting but awkward...the branch aligning with the bow of the ship cuts the image in half visually.

The foreground scarecrow would be much bigger, and with that sky I doubt there would be distinct shadows. On second look, are those supposed to be her footprints? They look more like blast craters.

I like the revision, but why the clown makeup on the boy? IMO it changes the whole mood, but I like the raven tipping his hat.

Overall it's a really good job. There's some stuff left over from the source image in the girl's hair above her breast, and a few edges could use some attention, though. Agree about the light source. It should be simple to flip the sky to match. GL.

Nice take on the source pic! The watering can looks kinda small, and the shadow beneath it make it look like it's floating. Also, it would be casting shadows on the leaves as well as the hat & background.

Nice blend! Might be good to use similar values to the original background pic so the elephant pops more.

I liked the tail in the original version. I think they should both have tails.

I don't think I've ever seen anyone use grass brushes where it didn't obviously look like someone used grass brushes...

Interesting image.Try to get rid of the suitcase, it doesn't fit in the image. The kid's just a tiny bit too cute...maybe you could have the raven plucking his eye out...that'd be cool.

Cat head is distorted. (If you want the head to be that shape, try to keep the roundness of the eyes).

The cover is too garish, and the ribbon just stops abruptly. Try to make this more realistic, keeping in mind the cover could be more subtle. It also would have a light source, and hence a shadow. GL.
