If the ants are going to be this gigantic, wouldn't it be more fun to have them like, ripping apart cute little forest denizens?
(5 years and 3306 days ago)good idea == shadow needs some work -- lion shadow needs to be more away from the lion to add depth as does the rings as it is now they appear to be falling on the air not the building
(5 years and 3388 days ago)try to shade it.. gl
(5 years and 3389 days ago)wow.. its soooo funny...
(5 years and 3389 days ago)gl author
lol funny ish nish
(5 years and 3391 days ago)The painted face looks very flat. It needs some shading, and maybe a bit of texture (Filter>Texture>Texturizer>Sandstone, and then Edit>Fade Texturizer to lessen the effect) to make it blend better with the rest of the image. Also the nostrils look wonky.
(5 years and 3392 days ago)But a very creative overall approach to the source image. Good job!
ty author for the encouragement...
(5 years and 3396 days ago)gl again
It would look more interesting if you could include some color.
(5 years and 3396 days ago)Very cute, but the strawberry people look like they are floating. There are no shadows beneath them, and they are lit from beneath.
(5 years and 3396 days ago)Image>Adjustments>Selective Color>Whites will help you tone the lighting to a darker red, and then you can paint in a bit of shadow.
wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow.............. i really admire what u`ve done author... really really gud job...
(5 years and 3397 days ago)i wud say SPLENDORFUL lol
@driven> really admire u guyz..
learnin a lotza frm wrkz , honest commentz n valuable suggestionz of artists like u...
anyways
gl author .. all the very best
He he, so chuby and sweet.
(5 years and 3397 days ago)author.. you put a TON of work into this... and I LOVE your SBS... Just a suggestion.. the detail in the sbs is amazing.. maybe try moving them closer together so the detail pops... (look at the depth you achieved in the SBS and work with that.. (your first group of steps look amazing.. )
(5 years and 3399 days ago)Now this is IMHO but the potential with the detail you created in the sbs seems lost in the end result.. only because of the lack of compression and arrangement... (not a bad thing.. I just can see this becoming something even greater if you just give it a little push)
Great image (IMHO) I just see it becoming greater.. good luck
EDIT: It's a very neat image to look at in High Res... Practice your Burn Brushes on ONE side of each figure (Practice.. NOT upload a new image, just experiment.. they will help you learn how to make images bring in depth.. you have tons of great faces going on.. ) Great job.. and good luck
This is clever, nice work.
(5 years and 3400 days ago)nice even the clouds are symmetrical
(5 years and 3404 days ago)Trees should be showing through the openings in background, not sky.
(5 years and 3405 days ago)everything is good, except the furnitures.
(5 years and 3405 days ago)Gets point for originality from me!
(5 years and 3405 days ago)This one is cool!
(5 years and 3406 days ago)just the way this picture looks makes it feel like it doesnt need shadows for some reason.... maybe because of the flatness
(5 years and 3407 days ago)good attempt, still need more finishing
(5 years and 3407 days ago)looking very flat, add shadows
(5 years and 3407 days ago)I gave this superduber extra points for humor factor! Great perspective author!
(5 years and 3407 days ago)good
(5 years and 3408 days ago)cool idea...gl
(5 years and 3408 days ago)Very creative author!
(5 years and 3410 days ago)Fun title and cool picture frame. The interior edge where it meets the framed picture needs a softening shadow, however. I don't get why the title needs to be repeated on the wall in the image or what the dark bar across the bottom represents. The subject of the picture inside the frame looks neither particularly big nor fat -- and the picture really blends in with everything else for obvious reasons [it's the source!]. Some distortion of the picture coupled with a hue adjustment might be helpful.
(5 years and 3410 days ago)Creative idea, but the letters need a lot more shadows on their under [ground-facing] sides. I would also consider moving the young adults to the left edge (with probably a horizontal flip and maybe having the kids in front slightly overlapping so the people form a single element) for a more-diagonal composition instead of having all the elements on the right-hand side.
(5 years and 3410 days ago)cute little guys...the top of their submarine needs a bit of adjusting, though... the cut is too straight, maybe try to make it more round?
(5 years and 3411 days ago)good thinking
(5 years and 3411 days ago)some perspective issues are there, correct it.
(5 years and 3411 days ago)nice building the objects -- they need shadows to fix them to the ground
(5 years and 3411 days ago)Author the touch-ups are still not quite right IMO, the edges are still too sharp and/or straight. You can try using the eraser with less opacity and fill adjustments. I would use it set at 10% and 10% so you can control it better. Good luck author
(5 years and 3411 days ago)idea is fine -- execution needs some touch up -- all the holes need to have depth as was done in the "P" -- edges should not be straight lines as I doubt that stone would weather to a straight edge
(5 years and 3412 days ago)idea is good -- patch of sand in front is showing a bit too much of cloning -- shadows could use some softening -- maybe some spread as they have too hard and edge also they seem a bit too much on top of the sand try a different blending mode maybe overlay with another layer in multiple with a lower opacity
(5 years and 3412 days ago)HI AUTHOR - sorry Im slow - if you look below the butter dish there is a patch of shadow as if the light is shinning from the top - the shadow AROUND the cat and the box and to the right of the table looks as if the items were merely a flat cut out with the light shining from the left side. You can see the shadow of the butter dish clearest below and slightly to the left of the dish itself - what you mostly see under the dish is a reflection.
(5 years and 3413 days ago)awwwwww!
(5 years and 3413 days ago)interesting idea!
(5 years and 3413 days ago)that's one funny creature, but I agree with CMYK about the shadows...It looks like the creature is floating a bit now
(5 years and 3415 days ago)Shadow should be longer & more blurred. (Look at shadow of the shell). Try to clean up some of the cloning, too.
(5 years and 3415 days ago)applied shadows conflict with the original photograph - otherwise a nice effort.
(5 years and 3415 days ago)Idea is very cute and funny. But you really need to fix the table's perspective, add shadows. The bottle is unnecessary, IMO. For kitty's fur, smudging needs to be in the same direction.
(5 years and 3417 days ago)like the idea -- the shadow does not give the cat enough distance from the wall and the table needs to be adjusted for perspective
(5 years and 3417 days ago)very cute image author, I love the idea.. a little tweaking will help, but the overall message is very readable..... good luck
(5 years and 3417 days ago)Table is skewed, and everything should have a shadow, not just the cat.
(5 years and 3417 days ago)i think this one could have used a little more work but good idea with the golf maybe if u made the golf cart in motion and didnt make doubles of the willow?
(5 years and 3418 days ago)Lower the saturation at least.
(5 years and 3423 days ago)Nice job on making the car I'd try to ad a background next time even if its just another color.
(5 years and 3423 days ago)The reflection wouldn't show the top of the car.
(5 years and 3424 days ago)Oops...okay, sorry about that.
(5 years and 3424 days ago)Post your source links.
