Cut out pieces and warp them. Blur,dodge and added shadows. Blended all together and that is it.

Erased old bike, applied new one did some eraser to remove extra snow, blending, blur and dodge.

cut out the ear and applied it to the parrot, used some skin from parrot to cover human skin

Cut out ear and copied to main image. Duplicated, flip, erased extras and changed blending mode, applied healing tool and blur and dodge.

Put two of them together, blended in , changed opacity ,dodge and burn. Changed eyes with color and added blood vessels with smoke brush.

Used lasso tool to cut out parts of the doll. Changed blending mode, curves, levels.
