so what exactly did u do in photoshop?
(5 years and 2935 days ago)hmm i hate to be negative, but she looks more like a robot pig (robot like bicentenial man - Robin Williams), and the warthog from TMNT....? i dunno just my opinion.
(5 years and 3004 days ago)looks like u just did a b/w, and glow effect with a little sepia in it. but thats just what i see. good luck author
(5 years and 3013 days ago)not what i had in mind, but it does look way way way better than what you had originally. i do like this one a lot
(5 years and 3198 days ago)what MossyB said. however id say add a few shadows, darken the wood a bit to make somewhat realistic. and above all add a light source and put shadows. but the pearl's need to be made separate. while doing the shadows, make sure u get the shadows on the egg's too. they look like the light is from left and right which doesn't make sense to the eye.
(5 years and 3200 days ago)the symmetry is fine however making one large might make this seem much more desirable.
hmmm i honestly see no humor in this.....?
(5 years and 3200 days ago)author looks nice, but shouldnt the moon on the far right have a reflection just as the one on the left?
(5 years and 3203 days ago)very interesting. i like it. but this really is a 'wheres waldo' type lol gl everyone finding it!!!!!
(5 years and 3204 days ago)Floortje the ice cream is the cooling system lol
(5 years and 3205 days ago)i love this picture. however acording to the rules ""Basic rules: -You cannot use complete night skies -"" this is the perfect image for a Christmas card. i love this
(5 years and 3206 days ago)will you buy me a premium membership? =D
(5 years and 3207 days ago)so just a simple change of colors... hmm it looks nice but i think you can do much more.
(5 years and 3207 days ago)i wasnt sure about the image being legal or not. thanks for the clarification everyone. it is a fantastic image. and still i must say is very unfair for everyone else who wish's to learn how to do such a thing. but as the rules do say yes your results are very on par.
(5 years and 3208 days ago)also i really like the blurred type effect you have between the leg's. id like to know how you achieved that =D
(5 years and 3208 days ago)nicely done. tho in your SBS could you show how you put everything together in photoshop.
(5 years and 3208 days ago)how exactly does this relate to photoshop? i see all 3d image?
(5 years and 3208 days ago)hmmm, not sure if the photos from NASA are according to the rules. did you get permission from NASA? also, as far as i remember. unless rules were changed. no premium images and such, can be used. i could be wrong on that 2nd one.
(5 years and 3209 days ago)agrees with grey
(5 years and 3210 days ago)sources please
(5 years and 3210 days ago)i agree with drivenslush. would be nice to see your work put together in a real setting. looks great.
(5 years and 3211 days ago)Sources???? what was the original tutorial you followed?
(5 years and 3214 days ago)ok, found the source, its inside the SBS.
Its a nice looking picture, but it doesnt look like a sketch as the tutorial says its suposed to be. to me it looks more like you just simply made the image black and white. and then used a spackle texture over it and faded some of the rest out.
Ive seen other work of yours and i think you can do so much better on this tutorial. GL author.
looks nice, but for all the work done, i think there could have been a better result. but what do i know
(5 years and 3224 days ago)awsome job, love the humor, busted out laughing when i saw it. what i like most is how simple this is
(5 years and 3224 days ago)taking a miniature and making it look further like a miniature. hmmm i dunno doesnt count to me.
(5 years and 3228 days ago)i wanna train set now!! great job
(5 years and 3231 days ago)i think adding the hand to force an image to make it look miniture is over doing it and off of the rules. the tiltt shift video tutorial, to me; made it seem to take 1 image, and with simple adjustments. make it look as tho it were miniaturized. not by adding a giant hand and a person to look as tho it is a miniature set.
(5 years and 3231 days ago)DUDE THAT LOOKS JUS LIKE THE ONE I SAW IN MY BACKYARD!!
(5 years and 3234 days ago)very nicely well done.
u know i could be wrong, but if that WERE a cell phone, i realllllly dont think it would fail
(5 years and 3244 days ago)well personaly it is a very dark image, but that is exactly what i think makes it incredible, yes you have to see the image of the before to understand where the turtle is, i see all of the turtle in the image, from the shell which looks like magma and molten rock formations with a tombstone on its back, and the evil eye brings out the face, i honestly do not see how others cannot understand or see this image in full. this is a master piece i believe. this turtle looks like one from a movie that should be. and it be a giant turtle of course.
(5 years and 3765 days ago)need to post the sources unless your the original photographer
(5 years and 3766 days ago)great work, however i must say the description states she was slit from the mouth to the ear, the slits on ur image looks straight and not towards the ears at all. great image tho
(5 years and 3771 days ago)my advice is since ur in the hole with the background. go 1 step further. find 2 backgrounds and merge them together and make them dark just like this one. its not hard. and maybe throw in a few more of ur shadow ppl in the background flyin around or small off in the background. maybe even a small tiny one, with a tiny drawi of a horse and carriage being attacked just for LOLs.
(5 years and 3771 days ago)pure awsome wickedness
(5 years and 3772 days ago)recomend going through deviantart for stock photos of horses, they got great images and depending on the photographer, may be of the exact same horse =D so u might get lucky enough to get 1 image or 2 images of the same horse for both parts. good luck, it is very nicely done, love the design of behind. tho i did read the discription and it said bony. and the guy in the image looks a lil flabbish not with strong bone structure
(5 years and 3772 days ago)freakishly awsome
(5 years and 3772 days ago)hahahahha, love it, tho i would recomend using the clone tool to remove the shadow of the ball between her leg and the golf club. bc the shadow of the hole should be used as the ball for the perspective angle. just my thoughts
(5 years and 3773 days ago)i like the image, its interesting. tho i think you should had put shadows and perspective as votes as well. i like the shadows and the perspective on your image... high marks for that
(5 years and 3773 days ago)HAHAHHAHAHHA love the humor. awsome axe man.
(5 years and 3773 days ago)great idea, as mentioned the bulb is much to large for the candle itself. try fixing the perspective of the bulb. my thoughts would be using SKEW to get the correct angle's
(5 years and 3773 days ago)hmmmz well i like the idea very much, tho the shadows of the bee and the goal are off. the goal shadow is goin to the upper left while the shadow of the bee is goin to the upper right.... might be something you would want to check into. other than that GREAT image love it.
(5 years and 3773 days ago)i love it. it is a bit hard to tell that it is a snail, however with the lighting that has it. the snail does go in that way, and the angle and perspective in my opinion make the shadow hard to see which to me is realistic
(5 years and 3773 days ago)@OliviasArts -> yea i know, but i still think its wrong to use only a seperate program.... and honestly i didnt know it was ok now, but even before, i knew you could use a 3D program to create a 3D image, but every time i saw someone use one, they used photoshop to finish it. its too hard to create the 3D image above in only photoshop which is why i said wat i said. which in my personal opinion is very unfair to those who are doing it all in photoshop. cannot create such things that spectacular in photoshop unless your some kind of 10yr expert or somethin. im not sayin its bad, its awsome
(5 years and 3775 days ago)this is awsome, tho i hate to say it, but isnt this suposed tobe a photoshop contest? and not ummm.... not sure what program used
(5 years and 3777 days ago)wow, u couldnt had gotten more simple LOL! love it. tho i think u may have used to much color, dunno my thought mighta been the little "X" or the "no image" icon that apears when the image wont show or somethin. lol that woulda been my thoughts
(5 years and 3782 days ago)add straps you you will have a gucci purse LMAO
(5 years and 3788 days ago)cool, well I for one like this image, its simple but great blending of all. also i believe that on the forums there is a section where you can do exactly what you were speaking of, getting peoples reactions and suggestions
(5 years and 3788 days ago)lol interesting story, dunno, id say elaborate more on the story to make it more humorous lol. have to agree not tooo creative, tho it is nicely done i like the shadows and perspective and the eye
(5 years and 3789 days ago)very VERY interesting
(5 years and 3789 days ago)hmm id say go for a frame around the car rectangle, and possibly change the bg coloring to something that will compliment the car in its all smallness
(5 years and 3794 days ago)wow thats a great thing, maybe a SBS would be cool to show others how you pulled it off. one tiny minor detail which has little to do with the cars, is that on the small one, the shadow looks a little off for the 'speed' of the car possibly blend it in with a motion blur to edge it up to show the speed and the texture of the rocks or dirt that should be on the ground
