desaturating the baby and the purple at the bottom of the tub might be helpful in adding to the realism, (The baby is awfully red due to the fact he is cuddling with so much black fur he looks almost sunburned).

A very soft Desaturated brush over his flesh is my idea, but only do it if you want too.. good luck author

You might be able to improve the image using "Tilt Shift" effect to make a better look of miniaturization to the whole image. There's a zillion tutorials out there for it and this image already has the set up for the effect.

Or just leave it the way it is... just a suggestion
