It reminds me a kind of dinosaur, but with a soft and wet skin. The lips are very cute, the whole image is great. I just think the tail texture is a bit stretched; and if you look at the base of the rock and the ground over the right eye, you'll see a flaw resulting from cloning. Fixing them the work will be perfect!

Still about shadows... I think you could lower the opacity of them, to get them similar to tower shadow, now they are quite vivid. But it's a fancy work, as always!

Gotta love the design and composition here. If you could work a bit more with the blending of those things to the skin (and the edges of the man) this will be much better. You could try using a bit of warp and smudge tool with the skin perhaps, not just try to blend with the shadows. Nice colours too..

There is a gap in the arm of the figure one the right, it's particularly obvious in high res, i don't know if it's deliberate or not. Good imagination.

on left side, next to the "ball", I see mistake, fix it and you have great picture. Btw: In Croatia we use meters
