Not too much to work with here as a stock photo, but a nice picture on it's own, would be perfect for a DOF contest.

I don't think the horizon is big of a deal, cause you may want to just want to use the bridge, or the grass in the distance. Personally though the bridge is a little too simple for me to use as a stock. But that's just me.

I agree, great photo, but not only is the dof a problem, but also the angle.

I think the author meant for the pond as the stock photo, which is nice.
