Very creative
(5 years and 2969 days ago)Maybe a little too much HDR - it has created a halo around the object that are adjacent to the blue in the sky
(5 years and 2969 days ago)Nice - our area has a population of 2 people per square mile
(5 years and 2969 days ago)Good job - nice choice of mono
(5 years and 2969 days ago)The HDR has introduced a grayish blob in the sky - most likely where the blown highlights (ie lack of detail) were
(5 years and 2969 days ago)Nice in B&W, few blown highlights in the clouds on the right but I like it just the same
(5 years and 2969 days ago)I might have cropped it just above the 'green thing' in the bottom right corner - otherwise .. love it.
(5 years and 2969 days ago)Oooh - I remember that book too!
(5 years and 2969 days ago)Half the fun is ripping them open
(5 years and 2969 days ago)Love the tones in this, nicely arranged - looks yum
(5 years and 2969 days ago)Ew - can't believe people eat these! Glad it wasn't my plate or there wouldn't have been 'remnants' lol :P
(5 years and 2969 days ago)Lol - a "1%"-er for sure
(5 years and 2970 days ago)I love the lone bike and the lone figure under the tree - good one!
(5 years and 2970 days ago)Oh - really sorry to hear that We lost a foal last year to neighbours dogs so I know how gut wrenching it is
(5 years and 2974 days ago)Nice - beautiful countryside
(5 years and 2974 days ago)Sweet - you keep the grass and I'll keep the foal .. deal?
(5 years and 2974 days ago)When the sky is so flat without any points of interest like clouds etc then the 'empty space' doesn't do much to enhance the overall image, so I'd agree with Mossy and crop just above the tree with a little 'breathing' space just above it.
(5 years and 2974 days ago)Ooooh - crop circles
(5 years and 2974 days ago)Agree with Friiskiwi!!
(5 years and 2974 days ago)Lol @ Friiskiwi... mmm wine!!
(5 years and 2974 days ago)I'm not sure what you mean by 'using the foreground as the horizon' but the horizon is definately not level
(5 years and 2974 days ago)Pretty nice shooting from a moving vehicle, would have been even better had you stopped
(5 years and 2974 days ago)Perhaps your monitor needs calibrating Mossy - I notice that this is often a comment you write on dark entries and other seem to be able to see the subject easily as I can with this one.
(5 years and 2974 days ago)Nice work
(5 years and 2976 days ago)Wicked - what a talent - he'd look great in my garden!. I think you could have left just a little more room at the top of his head.
(5 years and 2976 days ago)A pity that the top is cropped off
(5 years and 2976 days ago)Looks OK to me
(5 years and 2976 days ago)All that chrome must be the cleaners version of Hell
(5 years and 2976 days ago)Lovely rooftop - your sensor could do with a clean though
(5 years and 2976 days ago)But still - credit to you for choosing the decisive moment
(5 years and 2979 days ago)I wouldn't change the entry either. To me, the eye is naturally drawn to the house as it sits in a brighter patch of grass compaired to rest of the image. Our eye is naturally drawn to the bright parts of an image. To me, this looks like a great place - I could imagine exploring the hills and surounds as a kid ... sigh
(5 years and 2979 days ago)There is a way to shoot through mesh fences so that the fence does not appear - I have used the method a number of times in crocodile enclosures and emus etc using shallow DOF and longer zoom - if it's OK to post links then you can check here:

Just thought it might be useful. The picture isn't the best for this example and you can use auto focus if you prefer to manual focus like the writer stated
Yes Amanda - there are chooks (chickens) on the roof near the satellite dish.
(5 years and 2979 days ago)What an eccentric looking cafe - nice find
(5 years and 2980 days ago)Wow - that is a very vibrant wall - I hope they don't serve hangover food
(5 years and 2980 days ago)I don't agree - I like the POV. I think the angle of the table makes a nice leading line to the musician in the BG. If we turned it around to the 'normal' view - it's just an empty place setting.
(5 years and 2980 days ago)Crude sign or not - I think it's clever that the sign is made out of pine...with a little pine needle tucked into the shadows of the sign. Hardly need to see the whole tree to see that it's a cypress - it kind stick out like the proverbial
(5 years and 2980 days ago)I think if you cropped out the tracks right up to the path edge so that it was nearly a panorama, it would work. I, on the other hand, like the symmetry of the doors.
(5 years and 2980 days ago)Love how the 'chook-pen' is seperated from the main bedroom. It is probably much cooler on the roof - would love to know a bit more about where this is.
(5 years and 2980 days ago)Who'd of thought that I'd be adding a fave to a dog biscuit lol
(5 years and 2982 days ago)Mine is liquid cooled too - I decided on this beacuse of our climate ... plus I am attracted to pretty flashing lights lol!
(5 years and 2983 days ago)Ooops Blame the cat!
(5 years and 2983 days ago)Grasshopper?
(5 years and 2983 days ago)Nicely captured author
(5 years and 2983 days ago)Can't believe Grimace is still around ! I would have removed the hair that's attached to his leg.
(5 years and 2983 days ago)Oooh - my favourite colours. Purple & green Love the 'fluffy' bits - you can see the pollen on his wings & legs
(5 years and 2983 days ago)Awesome - love the lighting!
(5 years and 2983 days ago)Awesome dragon
(5 years and 2983 days ago)The horizon could do with straightening
(5 years and 2983 days ago)Except you can't adjust just the trees or sky as Mossy said - it has to be over the whole image. .... sorry missed that bit lol
(5 years and 2984 days ago)
