Then this contest should be in photography with the enhancement restrictions lifted, photoshop entries that use a one click adjustment are generally frowned upon because adding a filter/adjustment takes no skill, the chopper is therefore relying on the quality of the original photograph & skill of the photographer. If I took one of your best photo`s and clicked auto color who gets the glory? me? you? or the guy that wrote the code for the auto color? The guidelines you mentioned really just makes this a contest for photographers to get some easy 2d points.

nice idea, only nitpick is that the clouds overlapping the moon wouldnt be as transparent, they tend to get darker in the contrast of the moonlight. Just as they do at the base of the sunset.

I`d hope this image is supposed to be quirky rather than realistic, lol

Gotta agree about the cutlery, even a surreal mind must question how it would work? ( I wont even start on the use of a knife with pasta, my grandfather would turn in his grave) ....I would make it romantic with a single fork on the right hand side of each plate, leaving the suggestion that the lovers will meet in the middle of a strand.

Great work, shame it wasnt in the contest intended. With the great detail in most parts of the image it would be good if you could add more detail to the chain links in the foreground, they seem to flow into each other a little.
The nitpick doesn`t distract from the fact it is a fantastic image so very well done author!

Nice source use, you could give it huge improvement if you establish a light source and add shadows separating the various parts, in addition to making the body parts seperate I would think about losing or changing the surrounding bevel... it links the bodyparts in an odd way. Nice image overall though

Nicely lit & nice work with the source, only two little nitpicks....I`d bring the nest down to the branch as it seems to be floating slightly, and the birds tail seems too transparent even with the motion effect. Just my opinion though
