I think you mean you made the edges less soft which is what I suggested. Looks perfect now!

Very nicely done and original thinking! Little dragon fits in well with the other sculptures. My only critique is that the edge where the sand meets the little dragon might be a little soft. If you look at the sculpture in the foreground the edges there are more distinct. Just a minor point, personally this is the entry I like most.
(5 years and 1456 days ago)hehehe, very sweet (this would probably happen everyday down here in Florida LOL)
(5 years and 1466 days ago)Congrats
(5 years and 1468 days ago)The thickness of the hand when the perspective was modified gives it a neat creepy edge. Almost like a baby's hand with attitude. neat idea
(5 years and 1470 days ago)Congrats!
(5 years and 1475 days ago)AWEEEE.. Happy family!
(5 years and 1478 days ago)cool....
(5 years and 1483 days ago)As to how it happened? ... Attended a Trump rally? I AM JUST KIDDING, just lightening the mood (great chop)
(5 years and 1484 days ago)What happened to her?

(5 years and 1496 days ago)Very nice image, well thought out!
(5 years and 1497 days ago)Since when did Janeane Garofalo go Gothic and learn to play chess? hehehe
(5 years and 1497 days ago)Really is a nice feel author and the perspective and blurred background really makes this a very stable chop. Good Luck!
very interesting to look at. well done.
(5 years and 1500 days ago)Good idea & mood. Try to rotate the rook & knight so their bases are parallel to the surface of the board. The rook is only off a bit, but the knight is more obvious.
(5 years and 1501 days ago)Very well done with only source image
(5 years and 1502 days ago)Congratulations, George, beautiful work as always!
(5 years and 1509 days ago)Very melancholy. Sigh
Good work.

(5 years and 1510 days ago)Super nice job author (kind of depressing, but that's the reality of Valentine's Day hehehe)
. Not a necessary fix, just a nit pic. Could be my eyes. Also the fact I made chicken soup yesterday and didn't have any celery and I've been weird all day. hehehe
(5 years and 1514 days ago)Do you think the Wooden planks are hovering over the heart? The "drop shadow" effect is creating distance instead of closeness (like the shadows of the screw heads, which appear close to the "planks"
Most turtles all look like twins, but I don't think they mastered synchronized swimming, I've never seen them at Ballet School.. hehehe
good Luck!
(5 years and 1515 days ago)They now look like two different turtles
Wonderful color balance. Beautiful image. ONLY A SUGGESTION..
(5 years and 1516 days ago)Do you think if you used puppet warp (GENTLY) on one of the turtles? Just change the neck angle slightly and have the flippers in different positions. They really do look like copies of themselves. Not a bad thing, but if you added some tension/diversity to their construction, they'd look like two separate beasts instead of twins. Great chop no matter what. Good luck.
Congrats
(5 years and 1517 days ago)Congrats George!!
(5 years and 1517 days ago)Strange blur causes the depth to be a little wonky.. the definition of the flowers kind of says they are in front though the placement of the "wing" looks as if it's behind the flowers, not underneath. Not a bad thing but a tad bit visually confusing... sorry, no suggestions as the contest is in "vote" status and there is no way for you to fix it author... still a very nice image, the definition of the the shell could match the definition of the babe (the edge blur causes a bit of resolution confusion). Not a criticism, just trying to help. The moon looks a tad bit cut out and flat, again, just what I see. It's a fine image, just tweaking could benefit the overall image. IMHO of course. GOOD LUCK AUTHOR.
(5 years and 1518 days ago)Congrats
(5 years and 1518 days ago)Good image. Just tone your shadows WAY down...the rest of the image is so bright.
(5 years and 1520 days ago)Congrats George!!
(5 years and 1523 days ago)Congrats, George! Love this wooden guy and the sun like dream catcher

(5 years and 1527 days ago)
(5 years and 1527 days ago)hehehe, aren't arches a royal pain in the patoot? Great fix, the perspective is much improved.
(5 years and 1527 days ago)Tweak the Tweet Tweet hehehe (couldn't resist) love the flowers Good luck
(5 years and 1529 days ago)Following the arch of the roundness of the base of the windmill to match the arch of the the seed tray as Spaceranger suggest. The over all chop is beautiful.
The perspective of the bottom section is a bit off. This link may help you understand circles in perspective better:

Also where the string ties around the branch it should be rounded following the shape of the branch. It's a very nice piece, a little tweaking may make it even better IMHO.
Congrats, George!
