The squares for the background were made making a 50 px selection, filling the pixel with black and white squares and used as a pattern.... the rest is work....

The circles were made with a circular selection, filled with black... bevel and emboss.... select, modify, contract. The second circle is a small copy.. and so on, with the smaller circles too. The background for the ornament is another circular selection filled with gradient and noise.... filter.....
