Very good job... (Taking a picture of a drawing is a GREAT way of transfering drawings without a scanner) though I would suggest that you inform peeps of what instruments you used (charcoal/pencil/smudge sponge etc... would just add to the piece) great job!

while this is a very emotional piece... You could make the message even clearer if you changed the chair into a rocking chair and made the knife less commercial looking,, (a dagger would be more emotional then a serrated steak knife and a rocker would connect the baby with the rocking heart.. but this is your vision.. so TAKE THIS ONLY AS A SUGGESTION... if this is the vision you wanted.. then by all means stick with it.. Just trying to help and god bless

excellent experiment and Idea... I would suggest that you split apart the SBS into single sections... write a much more detail description of each step and qualify it into a tutorial, this would make all the work you've put into it worth it, and help a lot of beginners out on how to match tones/ textures/ feel... etc..(and just an added cheekiness, I'd of put a bird peeking out of the black fur... but that's just me
