Author.... NEVER PUT YOUR SELF DOWN.... that is an ENORMOUS NO NO.. (still giving you high marks, but never admonish yourself.. it makes your work drop in power immediately and makes people look at it in the wrong light).. now that you have been properly berated.. give the reflection the wiggles like the water surface and you'll have an awesome image (right now it's perfection takes away from the beauty) still beautiful, but you might want to try to subtle it up

Author.. you could add shading depth to the profile by simply merging a simple penny into the piece (I'm sure their are usuable penny sources on the web or just scan one your self.. you'd just have melt abe into the piece and you'd get shading quite easily.. just a suggestion.. good luck with your entry

their heads are a bit off.. you might want to take Jacob head and place it over hers to get the right size then move back in place (so their head sizes are the same)..and place his head behind hers (men are usually portrayed behind the heroine) it seems that jacobs head is a bit smaller then it should be, especially his head being in front of hers, but it's a good image overall

the new image.. the brushes need the edges cleaned and lighting to match the rest of the picture.. still in the same feel of the original submission.. cc will bite you in the rump every time

I think you need to work on the definition of the face in the water..
