The lines off the stern would be for the skier it is pulling, looks like the Southern 80 race to me.

Awww - I feel your pain. I lost my beautiful little chesnut colt to neighbours dogs - I can not look at his photos either and it has been over a year. They are tucked away but I wont get rid of them either.
