Congrats on winning with a beautiful (yes, beautiful!) entry.
(5 years and 3786 days ago)Don't comment on the size of the fish? OK My, that's certainly a tiny bear. ;o) Nicely done image, author.
(5 years and 3789 days ago)Congratulations!
(5 years and 3793 days ago)Congratulations!
(5 years and 3793 days ago)Just for fun, my Aunt Myrtle. This is gorgeous! One small quibble...the hair. Try taking the natural brush 12 set at 50% and go around hair and beard and just flick it inward, not much, just a little, to break up the uniformity. Try it and if you don't like it, you've only lost 5 minutes. This is a fine entry.
(5 years and 3804 days ago)This made me laugh. One suggestion: If you use the smudge tool set at 30 strength, with assorted brushes #54 set at 30 pixels and went around the edge of the cat "pulling" the fur out a bit, it would make it look less cut out. Kind of detailed, but that's cuz I tried it myself to see how it would look.
(5 years and 3805 days ago)Love the scroll at the bottom. lol
(5 years and 3805 days ago)This is fantastic work! Well done.
(5 years and 3805 days ago)This is seriously disturbing. lol Great job!
(5 years and 3811 days ago)One more nit picky thing...If there's enough of a breeze to blow her hair back, the breeze would also blow the cigarette smoke back, too. You could lay her hair down and make it a calm night.
(5 years and 3811 days ago)The title made me laugh, so I had to come in for a closer look. Good job on rusting that poor car. The peeling roof is a nice touch. Maybe you could beat up the chrome on the grill a little more, like this: http://www.sxc.hu/photo/1156437 Or not. I still like it.
(5 years and 3812 days ago)Is there some way you could sharpen the girl and rock picture? And then maybe do a lite blur on the horizon. Also, watch your masking. The edges are a bit see-thru.
(5 years and 3813 days ago)Because its just easier to hose off? The tape measure looks like part of the original picture. Nicely done.
(5 years and 3813 days ago)If this is what's in his toolbox, I don't want this guy building any houses. Well done!
(5 years and 3813 days ago)This is a lovely fantasy image. I'm not too sure about the smoke, tho. It seems a little too solid and not quite wipsy enough.
(5 years and 3813 days ago)Very pretty. I like the way you did the background.
(5 years and 3813 days ago)This is very well done. Its a blues guitar, of course.
(5 years and 3813 days ago)I wanna do this kind of stuff when I grow up. Terrific entry!
(5 years and 3816 days ago)Too funny, especially since I've seen this look before, a loooooog time ago. lol
(5 years and 3817 days ago)Well, keep dancing. I'm adding to the Oh Wow's and Great Job's. I especially like the lighting on the palm tree.
(5 years and 3817 days ago)Thank you for the story. I hadn't heard that one before. Its kinda sad, isn't it, in a creepy kind of way.
(5 years and 3817 days ago)You did a great job with the lighting.
(5 years and 3818 days ago)I like what you did with the skull and especially like the way you have it buried in the sand. Nice entry.
(5 years and 3819 days ago)This is very beautiful. I know you don't *have* to, but a SBS would sure be appreciated.
(5 years and 3819 days ago)This is a prime example of why I love this place. Great imagination! Good job
(5 years and 3819 days ago)Harryhausen would be proud. Good job!
(5 years and 3819 days ago)Subtle and very clever
