Congrats, Slushy!
(5 years and 3056 days ago)Looks better now. Nice job.
(5 years and 3060 days ago)Congrats, lolu.
(5 years and 3063 days ago)Congrats on a well deserved 1st!
(5 years and 3063 days ago)I would like to suggest that you place the texture layer over the man layer, then reduce the texture layer opacity. Then, using a mask, carefully erase around the eyes. Once that's done, you can increase the texture layer opacity. That will help you blend the eyes a little better. Hope this helps.
(5 years and 3064 days ago)Rolf Well, that's up close and personal, isn't it? Glad you got away. Thanks for the laugh.
(5 years and 3066 days ago)This is amazing. Putting a sheen on the skin to make it look plastic...perfect. Excellent result for all your hard work.
(5 years and 3066 days ago)This is wonderful, like something you might find at a farmers market.
(5 years and 3067 days ago)I've sat here for a few minutes trying to figure out another way to say this, but I can't. This is so pretty! It is! I especially like that the colors are different from the words of the colors.
(5 years and 3067 days ago)I like the change. It looks very classy.
(5 years and 3069 days ago)Did he really say that? lol I like the overall feel of this. It looks like an ad from WWII. One small suggestion, tho. When you warp the label, try dragging the middle of the warp box down just a bit. That will give all the text a wrap around bend to it. GL
(5 years and 3069 days ago)I like the "give yourself a beach tan" text, but the "sand in a bottle text" is kind of hard to read. What you might try is using the same technique you used for the "give yourself..." text on the "sand..." text, only make the text dark and the shadow light, know what I mean? Maybe you'll like that better.
(5 years and 3069 days ago)Congrats, George!
(5 years and 3070 days ago)Just saw this on the front page and WOW! Congrats on first.
(5 years and 3072 days ago)Congrats on 2nd! Love you imagination.
(5 years and 3077 days ago)Congrats on first!
(5 years and 3077 days ago)Oh, how clever! Love the hair.
(5 years and 3087 days ago)Saw this on the front page. Its brilliant! Congratulations!
(5 years and 3088 days ago)Congrats, Cornelia!
(5 years and 3091 days ago)Congrats on 2nd. I'm with George on this one. This would make a beautiful stained glass window.
(5 years and 3091 days ago)Congrats!
(5 years and 3098 days ago)Congrats, anoop, on your big win!
(5 years and 3098 days ago)66+. That's a great score for a first entry. Hope to see more of your work!
(5 years and 3105 days ago)Congrats, yahi.
(5 years and 3105 days ago)Congrats, roon.
(5 years and 3105 days ago)Love the symbolism in this. The feather tips are fantastic.
(5 years and 3108 days ago)Uh oh. Check your link, author.
(5 years and 3108 days ago)Yeah, I like this! Bright and clean. Great image.
(5 years and 3108 days ago)I think you did quite OK. I agree with aheman's comments about the glass brim and the watch face, but overall this is a great first attempt. For me, the most fun is the experimenting. I look forward to more of your entries!
(5 years and 3109 days ago)Congrats!
(5 years and 3119 days ago)Congrats!
(5 years and 3119 days ago)Congrats on first!
(5 years and 3119 days ago)Good on ya for giving this a go. The above advice is excellent and the only thing I can add is that you doodle. Got a few extra minutes? Use a pencil and any kind of paper to draw what you see. This will help train your eye to see shape, proportion, shading and all that. Doesn't matter what you draw... a stick, a lamp, a fork... with practice you'll get better and better.
(5 years and 3121 days ago)This would make a great kid's room mural. Very pretty.
(5 years and 3121 days ago)Ahhh, poor little guy. He's had a rough game of capture the flag, hasn't he?
(5 years and 3121 days ago)What a perfect graphic for this movie. Well done!
(5 years and 3123 days ago)Lol I knew exactly what you were after. I've never watched the movie, never going to, but this poster for it is great! Grab your eraser and get rid of that little dab on the bottom right spike and it'll be perfect.
(5 years and 3123 days ago)Congrats on 3rd, tk!
(5 years and 3133 days ago)Congrats on 1st, tazx!
(5 years and 3133 days ago)Author, if it isn't saving a full-res image, its probably because your original image isn't big enough. Try making your original image bigger, maybe 1200 or 1500 pixels wide or long. I've discovered that usually does the trick. BTW, I understood the meaning of your logo and thought it was very clever for a travel agency. I agree with Chaltry in that you might reduce (or even eliminate) the color overlay. Good luck.
(5 years and 3141 days ago)Holy smokes! Saw this on the front page and...WOW! Congrats on a well deserved win.
(5 years and 3143 days ago)Congrats, solaris. The chains are a very creative touch.
(5 years and 3147 days ago)Congrats, anoop. Beautiful fish.
(5 years and 3147 days ago)This is some great blending and a wonderful imagination. I agree with Alan, tho. Maybe some water splashes set on overlay?
(5 years and 3150 days ago)I saw this in the sidebar and thought it was so clever, I had to come in for a closer look. Your lighting is really very good and I like the way you made the fish twist in serpentine fashion. The addition of the extra fish was the perfect touch. The only critique I have of this is the masking. There's that line of light around the bottom of the fish. When I'm masking something, I use two backgrounds, black and white, to make sure I didn't miss anything. I still like it and everything else is great.
(5 years and 3150 days ago)Congrats, erathion!
(5 years and 3182 days ago)Congrats on 2nd place!
(5 years and 3182 days ago)Congrats on 1st!
(5 years and 3182 days ago)Thought I already did this, but I guess it didn't stick. So, Congrats, George! The shell is beautiful and I really like how you did the flowers and leaves.
(5 years and 3195 days ago)And congrats again. The swirls make me want to dip my finger in there and steal a taste.
