Congrats on 3rd.
(5 years and 3387 days ago)Congrats on 2nd. This is a beautiful entry.
(5 years and 3387 days ago)Congrats on 2nd. If you have the time, maybe you could put together a tutorial? Please?
(5 years and 3387 days ago)Congrats on 1st. Well deserved.
(5 years and 3387 days ago)Thank you for removing her panties. (Oh, man, that sounds weird. lol) With them, I thought it kind of looked like a fancy lingerie ad. This is much better.
(5 years and 3389 days ago)This is a start and you do have the basic idea. I'm still learning, too, and what I do is study the SBS from those entries I really admire, try and figure out how they did it and then (ugh) practice, practice, practice. I'm still not where I want to be, but I know that if I keep at it, I will be. Above all, don't lose heart. GL
(5 years and 3389 days ago)I am soooo jealous of your talent. This is beautiful. And in *only* four days. Right to my favs it goes.
(5 years and 3389 days ago)This is a gorgeous update. My only complaint (actually, its more of a whine) is the lack of details in the SBS, mainly because I'd love to know how to do something like this myself. Its so beautiful.
(5 years and 3392 days ago)This is wonderful. I think Picasso would be pleased.
(5 years and 3392 days ago)Nicely done. Don't forget your source link.
(5 years and 3392 days ago)Congrats on 2nd place!
(5 years and 3394 days ago)Congrats on 1st!
(5 years and 3394 days ago)What a clever use of source!
(5 years and 3396 days ago)Congratulations on 1st. Beautifully done and terrific idea.
(5 years and 3401 days ago)Congrats on 1st!
(5 years and 3408 days ago)This is incredibly well done, right down to the individual hairs on the beast's snout. I especially like the choice of fairytale characters...Sleeping Beauty and the Beast.
(5 years and 3409 days ago)What a wonderfully unique idea. I love this kind of thinking! Saw it in the sidebar and made me come in for a closer look. Warlock is right, tho. Maybe if you run a *very* light blur brush over the zipper, it would help it blend with the rest of the image better.
(5 years and 3420 days ago)Congrats on 1st and welcome back!
(5 years and 3429 days ago)Look at you on the front page! Congrats on 1st place!
(5 years and 3432 days ago)Congrats. Beautiful, as always.
(5 years and 3457 days ago)Congratulations!
(5 years and 3457 days ago)I really like that you used a jet instead of bird's wings and putting the canopy on the pig was inspired. Great chop!
(5 years and 3463 days ago)Well, ummmm....this is...ahh...Ya know, the clouds are pretty. I guess what I really want to say is, why do you use the term "potato head" like its an insult, buster?!?
(5 years and 3463 days ago)Congrats!
(5 years and 3464 days ago)Congratulations!
(5 years and 3485 days ago)Congrats on a wonderful entry!
(5 years and 3492 days ago)Congrats! More, please.
(5 years and 3492 days ago)Congratualtions!
(5 years and 3492 days ago)I keep staring at this, waiting for the flame to flicker. I'm adding it to my favorites now.
(5 years and 3492 days ago)Not only is this beautiful, but it looks like a lot of fun to do. And you did it in less than a week! IF I could do something like this (and I really, really want to) it would take me forever. lol Excellent entry. More, please.
(5 years and 3495 days ago)What a beautiful blending of images.
(5 years and 3497 days ago)Lovely. But wouldn't that be Aragonian?
(5 years and 3509 days ago)Congrats, langstrum, for a well deserved 1st!
(5 years and 3513 days ago)You got it, author. I didn't want to mess with acronyms, so I took an hour to write it in geek speak. Ya know, just to be difficu...er...different.
(5 years and 3513 days ago)7h¡5 ¡5 50 £0v3£¥. 1†/\/\@k3§ /\/\3 ƒ33£ h@þþ¥. I agree with nasirkhan. This is one of your best so far.
(5 years and 3513 days ago)Congrats, George! This is a great entry.
(5 years and 3520 days ago)Congratulations on a wonderful entry!
(5 years and 3520 days ago)Seriously, out of birds? How on earth did you even think about doing that? That is impressive. Good job!
(5 years and 3521 days ago)Congrats on a well deserved first!
(5 years and 3534 days ago)Wow. White on white. This is great. I take 2 of sugar, please.
(5 years and 3537 days ago)I really like this. Wish I could do this free flowing style.
(5 years and 3538 days ago)This is wonderful!
(5 years and 3538 days ago)Congratulations!
(5 years and 3541 days ago)Congrats on a well deserved first! Now, go make a tutorial.
(5 years and 3548 days ago)Now this is a bobble head dog I'd love to have in the back window of my car. Nice job.
(5 years and 3550 days ago)This is GORGEOUS!
(5 years and 3552 days ago)If you wanted to make this really scary, you could have them coming up out of a perfectly tended yard where someone has worked really hard to get rid of the weeds, dandelions and stupid, freaking bind weed. But I may be personalizing this a bit. The sky is striking. I really like it.
(5 years and 3555 days ago)No, I don't think its worse. I think you've got it. I don't believe that at this angle, the tops of the pawns would be showing, just the bottom part, like you've got. I'm trying to decide if the bottom ring would be showing. Maybe add it, but keep the fade, like you've got now. KWIM? Of course, if that doesn't look right to you, don't post it. What you have now is a really good improvement.
(5 years and 3556 days ago)You're almost there. You've picked a hard one to do. Round can be...aggravating. I would like to suggest you find something at home that's round and has stripes on it, a glass maybe or a candle holder. Set it on a mirror and study it. You'll see that the stripes are exactly opposite in the reflection. If you don't want to mess with it anymore, you could always put your pawns on a textured cloth with shadows. But, if you're willing to try and you have a lot of swear words in your vocabulary, I say go for it! GL
(5 years and 3557 days ago)Author, you've got the reflections wrong. They should be coming directly towards the viewer. Consider a tall tree on the edge of a lake with you on the lake. No matter where you are on the lake, the tree's reflection will be coming towards you. Light refraction and all that nonsense.
