the blending between the molten part and the actual eye should be better and I also think you should remove the shadows, so it doesn't appear like the drops are floating.

nice idea! I think the red melt should be more on the skin, not in the air as it is. removing the shadow there might help?

Just wonderful play on theme.. only problem I can't look at it too long because it makes my Eyes water.. hehehe.. seriously, if you toned down the red/pinks I could look at it easier but then that would ruin your work.. congrats on making a piece that can cause a physical reaction in the viewer without being shocking.. This is really Great!! I noticed in high res that the white part that is bleeding down is a little transparent..If that was what you were going for then forget I said anything...Great Job and Good Luck
