If you got closer to the bicyclists, this would have met the theme better but the shot seemds more about the bridge than the bikes.

I agree with arbroono, there is quite a bit of noise and it's most evident in the bottom portion of the shot. And unfortunately nothing is in focus.

I think, the picture has lot of noise
