nice idea, however you have the candle burning and it is soooo bright yet it appears to be day time and no clouds around, the candle would hardly be visible i thought.

its a pity you can't add sbs, being them tha rules.... goodluck anyway.

the gates are really bright and look flat against the background.

need to warp and play a bit more with the mosaic part. The pumpkin and groves and is rounded, while you image on top is plain to see sit above the image. On the right side where the grove is maybe indent your top layer as well. goodluck author, it was a good idea anyway for the image.

its hard to seperate each item in the image. The person looks really distorted, the background isn't straight but that may have been intentional.

turned into b/w it looks really sharp and has lost alot of detail, where are the water looks smooth.

its not a very clear photo to use.

can hardly see the writing and even the writing looks white.

i like your s/c choice, however the background looks like water on one side and ice on the other. I would have played with the b/w a bit more to try and keep the water looking soft, maybe going over it with the dodge tool to seperate it from the person in the boat as well.

to me it looks like you have coloured the tongue, color and eyes.

maybe add some contrast to the b/w to bring it some detail. The moon is so dominating, and yes it is s/c but it shouldn't take your focus away from the whole image.

this looks good in s/c i like that in b/w they look as if they are dying, yet your s/c flower looks so healthy and vibrant. Well done author, my fav so far

if you had of photoshopped and maybe made a funny coin or something to put in that spot. Other than that is is a bit basic, no offence.

it might have been more effective to colour what was in the bowl and maybe the mixed bit dripping down the inside, rather than the rim. S/c is a drawing point of your image, you are trying to show the main ingredient, and with this it was the mix not the bowl. goodluck.

the s/c is soooo incredibly minima, i actually had to look hard. Maybe you could have gone with a closer crop and kept it to the right side for balance.

i don't get the picture? Is it scanned sideways a bit or did you add the border on crooked? the picture is bad in quality, especially being this is a photoshop contest. And while you have coloured the single leaf, it doesn't give impression that that is what he is reaching for. I would have been more inclined to try and clean up the image as a whole and focus on the guy in the middle to bring the veiwers attention to something solid. goodluck.
