The flames don't look too much like flames at the moment. I would try a Screen blending mode with some glow emanating from it. Good luck

Not the most attractive specimen I've ever seen, but there is certainly a lot of detail and, um... character.

Love it all...composition, colors....everything!! One thing that stood out was the tower on the left...not really in the ground just kinda hanging out? Nice work ... you look good as a wizard. You could soften the edges a tiny bit around robe. it is just a little too sharp but the image is very well done!

Very nice surreal image author...I have few minor nit picks...part where chain ring meet stone would look better if u add some subtle cracks...u could use some brushes for that...also u need to mask just a bit better part where chain is connected with the finger and sleeve...mood is very lovely and with few tweaks this can be awesome entry...Once more, sorry for the nit picks...

It looks like a dust spot on the sensor to me - easier to spot on a blue background. Author I would simply using the healing brush in PS (assuming you have it) to remove the bothersome spot

Nice surrealistic entry author and great idea! I really like the background with the cracked structure in front and then the poppy field in the back. The idea with the chains is also very nice.
I have some suggestions though and a question. Did you place the girl intentionally in the thumb or did you want to place her on the hand? Because at the moment her legs go through the thumb of the hand. If that was wanted like, just ignore that part
However the position of the girl was planned, I think a shadow would ne nice, where the dress meets the hand.
And one more small thing: there is a "line", starting between her elbows going to the right side of the image. The top part of the trees there is lighter than the lower part. I'm not sure, what it is, maybe you forgot to erase something there.

Either something has been removed from the image, or there is a nasty smudge on your lens in the top left corner. As the noise in this part of the image is different from the rest, imo, something has been removed.

Love what you have done and it is an excellent image. I am sorry I am too late in saying this as I know there is nothing you can do ... the hand (and parts of the hair) could have been cutout a little cleaner (try using a layer mask and then you can smooth it into the image in small amounts ... I use the smudge tool to gently nudge the mask over areas that are difficult to cut). Other than that it is really a very excellent piece of work!

It seems it has soem masking problems, but not a bad idea.

It's a nice mood, rain in the desert . Unless you wanted this effect, try to use the pen to make a selection your shape and then liquefy in that selection. so it won't look waved.

Its a nice concept author but it lacks of preparation & presentation.
Since you came up with this you should find a glass bottle to place the oil inside(plastic looks "cheap".All so you shouldn't fire the flash "straight" towards the bottle because you have some "hot spots" on the bottle which is quite distracting! If you don't have an external flash you can try this...(i did it when i didn't own an external flash).
You can direct the flash from your camera (build in) using small f (f.e f3 or f4) plumbers tubes .All you need is i straight piece & 1 or 2 corners & you can direct the light right/left/above/behind your composition!
That worked for me back then.
Just an idea to improve your lighting next time.

DUDE!!! 48 FRIKIN' STEPS? you're a hero! I get that you want to make it a tutorial right away , but you have to improve it:
-place some shadow/ highlight layers ( use that original bunny to know where to paint), cause people & I think this is flat. Work ESP. around the right side of the HEAD, you must make sure it stands out.
- the edges suck, but the thing is you can' t make them smooth since this is a ROCK, not a sculpture.. right? so you must make the shape irregular like a natural stone.
- reflection is a bit forced.. see what DisMap gives you.
-And i don't get what the "cover it all in ivy" step, gets me? it looks pretty much the same without it. You can get a better stone effect with clouds & mezzotint like in that stone wall tutorial ( lunacore or smth).
Anyway keep it up, you're good with colors which is a big thing!

Too dark and too high contrast. Can't see what is going on ~ it looks like a weird white campfire in some ruins with a bird trying to avoid the flames. The red and white faced figures look to be praying to the campfire, not "dueling." They would not be praying to the same thing.
