I agree with Kevinice about the strength of the shadow, but excellent improvement so far.

ponti55 is correct that the water has to be fairly placid to produce a reasonably recognizable reflection. I'm also not getting what light source is illuminating just the mermaid and her pedestal.

Floating head?

The colours of the indian head seem to stand out a bit too much, try to match the hues. Also watch out for differing resolutions, it's quite obvious, especially in high res. Good luck!

If the heart is supposed to be partially in the water, the reflection would start at the waterline.

I know who you are and I understand that sometimes the quality of the camera can make a big difference but I am still curious to know the model and brand. Sometimes, the better pictures is the difference between a single setting. I just remember you mentioned once that your camera is not so great so that's why I mentioned that.

let me rephrase that... "some" of your pictures are blurry.

I've noticed a lot of your pictures are usually blurry. They would be great if not blurry. Even if you don't have a great camera, if you get a tripod they would come out clearer. Maybe try getting a cheap one on ebay or at a garage sale.
