Nice idea and execution. It's hard to see the nice work done here without going to full view. I would suggest making the bear bigger maybe half the size of the whole image. I would also had shadows between the stomach and the arms to create some separation. Good luck!

It's a very beautiful work, author, but I agree with Jaws about the vase; the way it is now it's flat...

I would try to give the vase a little bit more depth and fade the reflection.

I love the subject matter but the sepia tone may be a bit too distracting (its hard to make out all of the alligators/crocodiles/big, scary things). I'd see how a highly contrasted B/W would look or just keep the thing in full color. In any event, best of luck!

since you used such a dark and realistic back ground you could darken the bear with the burn tool (light setting at first and just start on the edges) OR you could do the reverse and make the back ground more cartoonie.. but the assembled bear is quite adorable.. good luck author!!!
