Seaside Gel

In this photo I mixed sea glass, sea shell, sand(course red sugar) along with a gelatin shell, all of which was lit from underneath. I created the gelatin shell by using real large shells, filling them with gelatin and letting them set. Sony cybershotx15 used for this photo.

Jell-o Shots!!

Instead of 2 cups of water, we use one cup water and one cup of any type of alcohol and use syringes for the "shot"!! YUMM YUMM!

Love for photography. This took many trials, and I've learned a lot about gelatin this past few days. # 1 lesson, that was too late for me to fix, is that gelatin if mixed just with water, does not set clear. It is almost yellow. And because of that, I decided to shoot this in sepia mode.

Tiramisu

Marscapone Cheese Folded into 3 egg yolks with one cup or sugar and few drops of vanilla or rum essence. Lady fingers dipped in coffee, Kahlua and melted chocolate. Layer lady fingers and cheese mix. Let stand in fridge 1-2 hours. Grate extra dark chocolate on top.
