@Glockman, it is droplets on glass. Very Very difficult to get the edges sharp. you need like f2000!! lol, or a huge amount of software shapening which causes alot of noise. Which is why this is probably as big as the author would like to show. Nothing chopped here.

The best noise removal software i have used is called "Noise Ninja". It is a photoshop plugin and 10x better than cs4 noise removal.

Is that a gas head torch?

I dont know how close you were to the leaves but a rear sinc flash (flash goes of at the end of exposure) MIGHT have sharpened the leaf edges.

Alot of power in that water.

I think this looks shopped because the there is some motion blur on the scene but the boys face is sharp, ( because of flash i quess) if you look at the right side of the shot you can see the boys entry/exit point.(green blur from sweater).
