A good idea, a good chop and decidedly creepy. I love the historical reference in this. Good luck.
(5 years and 3226 days ago)This is an amazing piece with a lot of detail and work put into it. My only issue is with the perspective of the furthest rocks (top right) which somehow feels wrong in relation to the perspective of the lady at the window. But I still love this to bits!
(5 years and 3226 days ago)Both idea and execution are excellent. Good luck!
(5 years and 3226 days ago)Good one lol!
(5 years and 3227 days ago)Love your choice of close up. Excellent!
(5 years and 3227 days ago)Super cute and lovely portrait.
(5 years and 3227 days ago)The distance shot is perfect for this subject, though I'd saturate the colours just a touch.
(5 years and 3227 days ago)Beautiful cat. Wish you would've framed it differently though.
(5 years and 3227 days ago)Lovely capture, well done!
(5 years and 3227 days ago)Great shot of a gorgeous creature. The colours and environment is perfectly suited to this particular cat. Congratulations!
(5 years and 3227 days ago)LOL @ kyricom. A perfect portrait author, well done!
(5 years and 3227 days ago)It's a very compelling image. The kitten's expression and the blue colour makes this creepy in a strange sort of a way.
(5 years and 3227 days ago)Some things do look perfect together...like these two.
(5 years and 3227 days ago)Well done on a unique idea.
(5 years and 3227 days ago)Perfect name for him. Would love to see a shot of Stoney on some sort of stone structure
(5 years and 3227 days ago)Beautifully crisp. There's a wild quality to it, which makes it look like it belongs in National Geographic Magazine.
(5 years and 3227 days ago)Good on you for giving him a home. He couldn't be more than a few weeks old. I'd crop the foot out on the left, otherwise, a good shot
(5 years and 3227 days ago)Love the parallel vertical lines in this shot! And an amazing close up, well done!!
(5 years and 3227 days ago)Beautiful creature! And the surrounding textures, colours and subtle shadows really compliment the whole picture.
(5 years and 3227 days ago)Colours, textures, lighting, framing and use of DOP is all excellent!
(5 years and 3227 days ago)Completely endearing! Agree with everyone on this. Love Priscilla and your capture to bits!
(5 years and 3227 days ago)Amazing colouration on your cat and I love how his personality comes through in the shot!
(5 years and 3227 days ago)Great idea for a capture! Reminds me of Disney's Figaro and Cleo
(5 years and 3227 days ago)Aww! Looks like George needs a cuddle.
(5 years and 3227 days ago)Hotdog's gorgeous. Good shot.
(5 years and 3227 days ago)Lovely. Is that selective colouring? If not, then it's quite amazing!
(5 years and 3227 days ago)Beautiful cat pose, colours and textures but I just wish the white in her fur hadn't been blown out so much.
(5 years and 3227 days ago)Black and white works so well for this dark tabby on a white painted porch shot. Congrats!
(5 years and 3227 days ago)Good to finally see a shot of a cat in one of it's favourite places...in front of the fireplace! Love the colours and pose, but I would've cropped out the vase and poker on the right and left of the picture and maybe just a little bit off the top black margin too. Try it and see how it looks.
(5 years and 3227 days ago)Really love the the lighting and mood in your shot. There's something simple but magical about this.
(5 years and 3227 days ago)Oh dear! That really is awful!! Makes me so sad to look at this photo now All the best to you x
(5 years and 3227 days ago)Beautiful shot, congrats. Just love their eye contact with the camera.
(5 years and 3227 days ago)Aren't they all, lol!
(5 years and 3227 days ago)Amazing combination of colours and textures. There's a certain vintage feel to this shot. Really like it!
(5 years and 3227 days ago)Very much a nose, but check out the lights in those eyes...amazing! Your shot has great character. Congrats on a unique and beautiful close up.
(5 years and 3227 days ago)Beautiful shot of an amazing breed. Well done
(5 years and 3227 days ago)Haha! Excellent capture author!
(5 years and 3227 days ago)They're lovely! Are they all one family?
(5 years and 3228 days ago)I like that you chose colour pencil for a soft look that sort of reflects the vulnerability of these beautiful, now endangered creatures.
(5 years and 3228 days ago)Love that you did a close up and especially love the texture.
(5 years and 3228 days ago)Beautifully done!
(5 years and 3228 days ago)I don't get the idea (prob my thick skull), but I still love how you've done it.
(5 years and 3228 days ago)Excellent idea, congrats! Would love to see the SBS..?
(5 years and 3228 days ago)Very clever, love your idea! Well done.
(5 years and 3228 days ago)Interesting manipulation of the tiny people.
(5 years and 3228 days ago)You can definitely make out the dancing form s a little better now.
(5 years and 3228 days ago)Agree with Toothpick about shadow and I also think you should have a reflection of the canoe in the water. The chrome too does look just a little bit too shiny in hi res.
(5 years and 3229 days ago)Hope the SBS is on it's way...? Would prefer to vote after seeing that.
(5 years and 3229 days ago)Nice! Who would've looked at the source and thought of chocolate frosting, Well done!
(5 years and 3230 days ago)I like your use of the source image although if you were to add a little more detail in texture to your metal smith and his hammer, the whole image would blend together better.
